This type of bodywork focuses on the connective tissue, or fascia, of the body. This very specific approach aims to lengthen, stretch, and soften fascia in order to restore and correct postural imbalances.
Pregnancy (or Prenatal) Massage:
This highly specialized massage can help support a healthy pregnancy, labor and delivery. A nurturing massage that focuses on the special needs of mothers-to-be to increase circulation, reduce stress, lessen water retention, relieve aches and pains, and reduce anxiety and depression.
Like all of our treatments, this massage is also customized for each individual patient where this one concentrates mostly on the lower back, hips, shoulders, legs and feet.
